This partnership provides technological innovation leveraging behavioral science and gamification to redesign how Tricolor borrowers interact with their finances.
As part of the strategy, Tricolor will reward borrowers for building positive money habits, enhancing the digital journey and experience of its customers who access the MyTricolor portal. By integrating the Flourish Engagement Engine, the financial institution leverages gamification to improve financial wellness. Borrowers will be rewarded for paying their loans on-time, completing bite-sized financial education modules and more. This is a move beyond a traditional transactional experience and instead to creates a personalized and rewarding journey for MyTricolor customers.
