Earlier this month, we announced an investment round led by Canary. We are excited to focus on the next stage of our growth by investing in both people and products to further scale our impact. There is a huge opportunity ahead of us to expand across the Americas and to achieve these goals. We are investing in top talent with experience in technology, behavioral science, and financial services.
Today we are delighted to announce that Cristiano Miano is officially a Flourisher and joins us as the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Product. With more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur focused on b2b solutions, financial services, and communication industries, Cris will lead partnership development in Brazil and work closely with our product team.

Previously, Cris developed powerful engagement programs for large global brands such as Coca-Cola, Honda financial services, and CitiBank. More recently, he brought his superpowers to the fintech ecosystem where he spearheaded product initiatives at Neon, one of Latam’s largest neobanks. Driven by a personal mission to empower others to build positive money habits, Cris initially joined Flourish as an Angel investor and now he joins us full time to open new markets. Cris graduated from renowned Brazilian institutions, Insper and PUC-SP, and spent time at Harvard Business School in the OPM program.
